Frederick Ballard Williams

Frederick Ballard Williams was born in 1871. He studied painting at Cooper Union and the National Academy of Design and also traveled and studied in England and France. He exhibited his work at the National Academy of Design, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, the Boston Art Club, the Pan-Am Expo in Buffalo, Corcoran Gallery, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the American Artists Professional League. Williams's painting can be found in the permanent collections at the Brooklyn Institute Museum, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Los Angeles Museum of Art.
