Leslie Outten began her art career later in life after studying and receiving a second undergraduate degree from the American Academy of Art in Chicago. She is an adventurous urban painter, seeking out the interesting sights of the city. A member of the Oil Painters of America, the Portrait Society of America and the American Impressionist Society, she is a professional and serious interpreter of contemporary life and delights in revealing our lives in paint and canvas.
